為(wei)了(le)(le)增強師生心理健康(kang)意識,普及宣傳心理健康(kang)知識,我(wo)院在第十五屆心理健康(kang)節期間舉辦了(le)(le)優秀(xiu)心理健康(kang)教育(yu)主題(ti)班會評(ping)選活動,17個班會活動獲評(ping)一二三等獎。
此次評選(xuan)活動(dong)(dong)自(zi)(zi)開展以來,各系高度重視(shi),積(ji)極(ji)準備(bei),精(jing)心(xin)(xin)(xin)策劃。師(shi)(shi)生(sheng)共同(tong)構思班(ban)(ban)(ban)會(hui)(hui)主(zhu)題,確定班(ban)(ban)(ban)會(hui)(hui)內(nei)容,認(ren)真(zhen)設計每一個環節,形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)班(ban)(ban)(ban)會(hui)(hui)方(fang)案。班(ban)(ban)(ban)主(zhu)任、輔導員(yuan)親(qin)自(zi)(zi)主(zhu)持班(ban)(ban)(ban)會(hui)(hui),與(yu)(yu)(yu)同(tong)學(xue)們(men)親(qin)密互(hu)動(dong)(dong),引導學(xue)生(sheng)關注心(xin)(xin)(xin)理健(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang),極(ji)大提(ti)升了(le)心(xin)(xin)(xin)理健(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)育(yu)主(zhu)題班(ban)(ban)(ban)會(hui)(hui)的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)育(yu)效(xiao)果。如劉勇老師(shi)(shi)召開的(de)(de)(de)“情緒(xu)的(de)(de)(de)調(diao)節與(yu)(yu)(yu)管理”班(ban)(ban)(ban)會(hui)(hui),擺脫了(le)傳(chuan)統說教(jiao)的(de)(de)(de)模式(shi),采用了(le)心(xin)(xin)(xin)理劇表演、觀看心(xin)(xin)(xin)理短片與(yu)(yu)(yu)師(shi)(shi)生(sheng)交(jiao)流相結合的(de)(de)(de)形(xing)(xing)式(shi),深(shen)深(shen)地吸(xi)引住了(le)同(tong)學(xue)們(men)。欒(luan)金志老師(shi)(shi)召開“陽光(guang)心(xin)(xin)(xin)態伴我成(cheng)長”班(ban)(ban)(ban)會(hui)(hui),通(tong)過自(zi)(zi)由討論、互(hu)動(dong)(dong)游(you)戲、歌唱等形(xing)(xing)式(shi)提(ti)升了(le)同(tong)學(xue)們(men)的(de)(de)(de)參與(yu)(yu)(yu)熱情,達到預期效(xiao)果。殷(yin)巖(yan)峰老師(shi)(shi)組織的(de)(de)(de)“讓陽光(guang)照(zhao)進心(xin)(xin)(xin)扉”班(ban)(ban)(ban)會(hui)(hui)走出教(jiao)室,來到學(xue)院小西(xi)湖邊(bian),以輕松的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)式(shi)與(yu)(yu)(yu)同(tong)學(xue)暢談,引發(fa)同(tong)學(xue)共鳴,提(ti)升同(tong)學(xue)們(men)對心(xin)(xin)(xin)理健(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)教(jiao)育(yu)的(de)(de)(de)認(ren)知。同(tong)學(xue)們(men)紛紛表示,這種班(ban)(ban)(ban)會(hui)(hui)形(xing)(xing)式(shi)是(shi)以往較少接(jie)觸(chu)的(de)(de)(de),傳(chuan)達的(de)(de)(de)知識與(yu)(yu)(yu)理念(nian)易于接(jie)受,提(ti)高了(le)同(tong)學(xue)們(men)對心(xin)(xin)(xin)理健(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)的(de)(de)(de)關注度,增強了(le)同(tong)學(xue)們(men)的(de)(de)(de)心(xin)(xin)(xin)理素質,掀起了(le)關注心(xin)(xin)(xin)理健(jian)(jian)康(kang)(kang)的(de)(de)(de)熱潮。
