近日,由省總工會和省教育廳指導,山東省職業技術教育學會、《山東工人報》社聯合主辦的以“弘揚工匠精神、提升職業素養”為主題的全省首屆“工匠精神進校園”宣傳推介活動近日落下帷幕。我院等47個院校被授予“山東省培育工匠精神優秀院校”榮譽稱號。
“工匠精神進(jin)(jin)(jin)校園”宣傳(chuan)推(tui)介活動于去年(nian)6月(yue)份(fen)啟動。2017年(nian)12月(yue)27日,活動組委會組織國網(wang)山東檢(jian)修(xiu)公司變電檢(jian)修(xiu)中心電氣(qi)試(shi)驗班班長(chang)馮新巖、山東小鴨精工機械有限公司鉗工段長(chang)趙(zhao)炳(bing)曉等兩位首屆“齊魯工匠”獲得者走進(jin)(jin)(jin)我院(yuan),舉辦(ban)“優秀工匠走進(jin)(jin)(jin)山職(zhi)”報(bao)告會,與學院(yuan)學生面(mian)對(dui)面(mian)交流。
省總工(gong)(gong)(gong)會副(fu)主席王星(xing)海(hai)對“工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)精(jing)神(shen)進(jin)(jin)校園”活動予(yu)以(yi)高(gao)度評價。他說,培(pei)育工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)精(jing)神(shen),是(shi)回(hui)應(ying)民眾需求、推進(jin)(jin)供(gong)給側改革、實(shi)現(xian)“中國制造”向“優質制造”升級的(de)必然選擇,是(shi)“雙創(chuang)”時(shi)代(dai)激發人的(de)創(chuang)造力的(de)核心,是(shi)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)群眾實(shi)現(xian)自身價值和人生夢想的(de)基(ji)礎。工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)精(jing)神(shen)是(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)的(de)特(te)質,但并不為工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)所獨有(you)(you)。通過(guo)開展“工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)精(jing)神(shen)進(jin)(jin)校園”活動,將(jiang)“工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)精(jing)神(shen)”滲透到教書育人活動中,可以(yi)提(ti)高(gao)全省職(zhi)(zhi)業教育水(shui)平,為加快山(shan)東經濟(ji)文化強省建(jian)設,在全面(mian)建(jian)成(cheng)小康社會進(jin)(jin)程中“走(zou)在前面(mian)”,為實(shi)現(xian)中國夢做出應(ying)有(you)(you)的(de)貢獻。
山(shan)東(dong)省職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)技術教育(yu)學會(hui)常務副會(hui)長(chang)尚志(zhi)平表示(shi),培育(yu)和(he)弘(hong)揚工匠精神,對于辦好中國特色現代職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教育(yu),建設人(ren)才科技強國具有特殊而重要的意義(yi)。希(xi)望山(shan)東(dong)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)學院(yuan)深入(ru)落實(shi)立德樹人(ren)根本任務,大力培育(yu)和(he)弘(hong)揚工匠精神,推動專業(ye)技能教育(yu)和(he)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)精神教育(yu)高度融合,全面提升人(ren)才培養質量(liang)和(he)水(shui)平,展示(shi)國家骨干高職(zhi)(zhi)院(yuan)校和(he)山(shan)東(dong)省優(you)質高職(zhi)(zhi)院(yuan)校的責任與(yu)擔(dan)當。
全省(sheng)(sheng)首屆(jie)“工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)精(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)神(shen)(shen)進校(xiao)園(yuan)”宣傳推介活動雖已(yi)落(luo)下(xia)帷幕,但“工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)精(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)神(shen)(shen)”這個(ge)熱詞仍然牽動著廣大(da)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)院(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)領導、學(xue)(xue)生的(de)(de)心。山(shan)東(dong)(dong)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)院(yuan)(yuan)長秦河表示,黨的(de)(de)十九大(da)報告明(ming)確(que)指出,要建設知識型(xing)、技能型(xing)、創新型(xing)勞動者大(da)軍,弘(hong)揚(yang)勞模精(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)神(shen)(shen)和(he)(he)工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)精(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)神(shen)(shen),營造勞動光榮的(de)(de)社會風(feng)尚和(he)(he)精(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)益(yi)求精(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)的(de)(de)敬業(ye)(ye)(ye)風(feng)氣。發展職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教育,弘(hong)揚(yang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)精(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)神(shen)(shen),推動產教融合(he)、校(xiao)企合(he)作,山(shan)東(dong)(dong)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)責無(wu)旁貸。欣(xin)聞(wen)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)被評為(wei)(wei)“山(shan)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)培育工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)精(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)神(shen)(shen)優秀院(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)”,山(shan)東(dong)(dong)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)師(shi)生深受鼓(gu)舞,紛(fen)紛(fen)表示在(zai)當(dang)前(qian)我省(sheng)(sheng)全面開(kai)展新舊(jiu)動能轉換(huan)重大(da)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程的(de)(de)熱潮中(zhong),全院(yuan)(yuan)師(shi)生將立足自身崗位(wei),大(da)力弘(hong)揚(yang)勞模精(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)神(shen)(shen)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)精(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)神(shen)(shen)和(he)(he)創新精(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)神(shen)(shen),搶抓機遇(yu)、乘勢而(er)上,積極為(wei)(wei)推動實(shi)施新舊(jiu)動能轉換(huan)重大(da)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程和(he)(he)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)發展貢獻智(zhi)慧和(he)(he)力量(liang)。
