為深(shen)入(ru)學習(xi)(xi)貫(guan)徹落(luo)實黨(dang)的十九大精(jing)神(shen),根據學院黨(dang)委要求,鐵道供電(dian)與電(dian)氣工程系(xi)持續推動“大學習(xi)(xi)、大調研、大改進”,4月(yue)到6月(yue)期(qi)間,組織教(jiao)師分別赴青島鴻普(pu)電(dian)氣科(ke)技有限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司(si)、青島地鐵有限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司(si)、青島鼎佳電(dian)子有限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司(si)、積成電(dian)子有限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司(si)進行(xing)調研,深(shen)入(ru)了解企業人(ren)才培養(yang)需求及學生就業與頂崗實習(xi)(xi)情況。
在(zai)(zai)青(qing)島(dao)(dao)鴻普電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)科(ke)(ke)技有(you)限公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si),系副主任張偉、電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)自(zi)動化技術教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)室主任劉(liu)勇與(yu)該公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)簽訂校(xiao)企(qi)合作協(xie)(xie)議(yi)和(he)(he)校(xiao)外實(shi)習(xi)基地(di)協(xie)(xie)議(yi),并與(yu)往屆畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)進(jin)行深入交流,了解(jie)學(xue)生(sheng)對(dui)學(xue)院專業(ye)(ye)課程(cheng)設(she)(she)置(zhi)、人(ren)才(cai)培養方(fang)案(an)及(ji)學(xue)生(sheng)管理工作等(deng)方(fang)面建議(yi)。在(zai)(zai)青(qing)島(dao)(dao)地(di)鐵有(you)限公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si),鐵道(dao)供電(dian)(dian)技術專業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)崔景萍通過(guo)與(yu)學(xue)生(sheng)、培訓(xun)科(ke)(ke)人(ren)員(yuan)座談,走訪車輛段等(deng)方(fang)式(shi),了解(jie)畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)和(he)(he)實(shi)習(xi)生(sheng)適應工作過(guo)程(cheng)情(qing)況(kuang),掌握本專業(ye)(ye)課程(cheng)設(she)(she)置(zhi)、實(shi)訓(xun)實(shi)習(xi)等(deng)方(fang)面優點及(ji)不足(zu)。在(zai)(zai)青(qing)島(dao)(dao)鼎佳電(dian)(dian)子有(you)限公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si),電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)自(zi)動化技術專業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)鮑建、劉(liu)凌通過(guo)實(shi)地(di)參觀、調研(yan),了解(jie)學(xue)生(sheng)在(zai)(zai)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)的工作情(qing)況(kuang)、企(qi)業(ye)(ye)對(dui)電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)自(zi)動化技術專業(ye)(ye)人(ren)才(cai)的要求以及(ji)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)對(dui)高職教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育自(zi)動化技術專業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)工作的意(yi)見(jian)和(he)(he)建議(yi)。在(zai)(zai)積成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)子有(you)限公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si),系就業(ye)(ye)辦主任曾慶磊、電(dian)(dian)子信息技術專業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)江軍對(dui)學(xue)生(sheng)頂崗實(shi)習(xi)情(qing)況(kuang)和(he)(he)學(xue)生(sheng)在(zai)(zai)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)完成(cheng)畢業(ye)(ye)設(she)(she)計情(qing)況(kuang)進(jin)行調研(yan),全面掌握企(qi)業(ye)(ye)人(ren)才(cai)培養情(qing)況(kuang)和(he)(he)學(xue)生(sheng)工作及(ji)頂崗實(shi)習(xi)情(qing)況(kuang)。
帶著(zhu)問(wen)(wen)題學習,針對問(wen)(wen)題調(diao)研,聚集問(wen)(wen)題整(zheng)改(gai),是(shi)“大(da)學習、大(da)調(diao)研、大(da)改(gai)進”的(de)(de)核(he)心要義。鐵道供電與(yu)電氣(qi)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)系(xi)在組(zu)織教師(shi)赴企(qi)業調(diao)研過(guo)程(cheng)中,始終堅(jian)持問(wen)(wen)題導(dao)(dao)向原則,堅(jian)持求真務實(shi),深(shen)入基層面(mian)對面(mian)聽取企(qi)業員工(gong)(gong)、畢業學生意(yi)見建(jian)議,深(shen)入了解(jie)企(qi)業及學生的(de)(de)教育需求,堅(jian)決(jue)杜(du)絕漫無目的(de)(de)、走馬觀花、浮(fu)光掠影式(shi)調(diao)研,防(fang)止搞(gao)形式(shi)、走過(guo)場。對調(diao)研中發現(xian)的(de)(de)問(wen)(wen)題,該系(xi)召(zhao)開教職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)會議,直面(mian)問(wen)(wen)題,全(quan)面(mian)探討(tao),明確(que)改(gai)進路徑和解(jie)決(jue)方(fang)法。下一(yi)步,該系(xi)將進一(yi)步加強(qiang)領導(dao)(dao),健(jian)全(quan)機制(zhi),強(qiang)化督導(dao)(dao),深(shen)入推進“大(da)學習、大(da)調(diao)研、大(da)改(gai)進”,確(que)保把各項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)落實(shi)落細,完善修訂人(ren)才(cai)培養(yang)方(fang)案,全(quan)面(mian)提升(sheng)教育教學質(zhi)量(liang),為培養(yang)優(you)質(zhi)人(ren)才(cai)、助(zhu)力(li)新舊動能轉換重大(da)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、書寫(xie)“奮進之筆”貢(gong)獻積極力(li)量(liang)。
